"Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth...

"The hotel is average in general, but it seriously needs some maintenance and updating to a more current look. Rooms are large and has all the usual. Strange though that there are no insect screens on the windows and there is hardly any place to work in the room. The service is good and friendly. The food in the restaurant is barely edible and I would definately give this a miss."
