"The property was lovely and my room in particular had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious, the lobby beautiful and the front desk staff were very helpful. A few negatives - if you are on the balcony, there is no way to completely close the balcony door - no handle on the outside - so anytime my neighbor smoked and I was out there too, smoke got into my room. It was particularly annoying at night as we all wanted to be out to see the Eiffel Tower light up. I didn't mind the...

"Estava com poucas expectativas, mas fui surpreendido. Desde a decoração do hotel, até o conforto da cama. Banheiro bom, chuveiro ótimo. E tem ar condicionado potente, luxo pra hotel em Paris principalmente no verão. "

"Great location! Close to Le Marais, the Louvre, shopping and many, many restaurants. A Metro station is steps away. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there but we will be sure to return when they are done. A great stay!"

"Every time I've sent an email with questions, I have received helpful and quick responses. It's a little harder to find someone to help at the Hotel itself unless you know which door to knock on to talk to the agent (door is unmarked). Location is great, room was sufficient and clean, and we were lucky to get a room on floor 1 (the first floor above ground level) because there are no elevators and the stairs are small and circular. "
