"we arrived late (10pm). The recpetion was closed and we have not been contacted. We called the hotel and one person has replied: quiet agressive and not relaxed, more focus on telling us "we did not respect the time to arrive...". No light at the reception, and the way to indicate us where to find the keys was not pleasant..."

"Very basic room which appeared clean enough but smelled very unclean. Bathroom across the hallway was initially unheated in near freezing temperatures but by morning heat had been turned on. Bedroom was initially heated only by a space heater but by morning when heat had come on turned into a sauna. "
