"La struttura è molto bella, ha una piscina sempre aperta e una sala per fare colazione che affaccia sul fiume. La stanza ha un balcone con tavolo e sedie e il bagno è dotato di tutti i confort. Il personale è molto gentile. L' unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è la stata la colazione perché non è a buffet Prevede un menù alla carta con opzioni solo salate. "As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. "We had a room with a mountain view, which is also the pool view. View was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was generally clean, with the exception of stains on the rug, bath mat, and robe. Breakfast was ok, with a decent number of options, but much of it was gone by 9:30am (breakfast ended at 10am) and most of the hot food was only lukewarm. "
