"The hotel is located in old town so that is a plus. The room I had was the smallest ever. The bed was also tiny with a foam top to sleep on. The sheet fell off every night and since the room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days I had to make the bed myself. This is the worst room I have ever had and don’t recommend it to anyone. 3 sleepless nights was an awful experience. The good is the location, the shower was strong with plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was good. If you need water or snacks go to...

"Really nice room, great bathroom. Amazing pool, steam room and sauna. The AC was very pathetic though. It doesn’t go down very low and the room was quite hot. It is limited how much you can set the temperature which was disappointing as didn’t sleep so good because I was too hot. Otherwise great location and staff and facilities"

"Lovely room and professional helpful staff. The lobby is really nice and the location is perfect. There is a speakeasy secret bar very close by that you should try to find! i would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. My one disappointment was that the mattress was not very comfortable--rather hard!"

"The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Old Town but easy to get to by foot. Our hotel room was very lovely. We enjoyed the Issei bar (unfortunately we couldn’t go out onto the rooftop bar area as weather bad). Our friends said the floor 4 - sauna, pool and steam room were very good"
