"Very comfortable room close to pool and ocean view."

"We stayed in a King handicap accessible room. I originally booked the wrong room and they did a courtesy by upgrading to this room at no additional charge. It was spacious and the bathroom with handicap shower was huge! My complaint with the room is that it had a nice good sized balcony but my boyfriend could not get down the 2 steps to get to enjoy it. "The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I was very surprised that they let us leave our stuff, even though we weren't catching the fairy until mid-afternoon, and they also allowed us to use the bathroom. And take a shower before we went home. Even after checkout!! The breakfast was the best I've ever had- unbelievable spread for the money, Delicious!"

"I wasn’t very impressed with the room or the food at the restaurant, but the view is spectacular. The space is tight in the room and the sink setup is awkward, making it challenging to wash your face or brush your teeth. For the cost, this was disappointing."

"Fabulous location near Misquamicut beach. Loved the private beach parking and bathrooms. The continental breakfast was good. Nice warm tasty muffins. The things to note is this is a true motel. Our room had a large main window facing parking area and pool. The downside to this was we were on the ground level and had to keep shade closed as everyone could see in. Could also clearly hear folks in next room. Very clean and well maintained"

"The room was fine for a one night stay. There was an odor in the hallways and the lobby. The front desk was not helpful in asking for a restaurant suggestion. Bottom line, the hotel is in need of an update. It looks worn."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Maria. Everything was great! We loved the ocean view from our balcony. The staff was excellent, especially Becca. She took care of all the things we needed help with. Our only suggestion would be is to have towel racks in the bathroom. That's it!!!!!! It was a wonderful time."

"Excellent hotel. Really perfect for a night or two away at block island. Walking distance from food, coffee, shops, the ferry, moped/jeep/broncho rentals and they have a shuttle available for the ferry at almost any time. Very helpful and sweet staff. Beautiful property with really cute spaces to touch grass and watch the animals on the farm if you want. hey have breakfast available for cheap next door at their sister hotel. I even left my glasses and they were kind enough to ship them to me....
