"Clean great place with an amazing cafe on the property!!!"

"Dirty sheets, stained towels, strong chemical odor in room, staff were unavailable, no instructions for WiFi, no heat on a 30°F night."

"We appreciate getting a room on the same day of booking."

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels"

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. "Free shuttle to downtown Newport was very convenient"

"Resort is beautiful, location is amazing and food is great. Only issue was the walls are paper thin and you can hear a lot."

"Amazing grounds. The sunsets were beautiful. Breakfast was included with our room. I’m sure many incredible weddings have happened here."

"Bathroo S were recently refreshed and new carpet was being laid during our stay. Only complaint was people across the hall talking loud and slamming their door most of the night. Finally quieted down around 3 pm"

"Love the breakfast tacos"
