"Found a cockroach on the refrigerator of our room. The eyehole on the door was cracked and could not see clearly in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom sink. Hotel door was jingling most of the night. Ringing/vibrating phone from the room next door kept us up most of the night."

The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."
