Hotel dekat New England Wireless and Steam Museum

"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

"Me and my family had stayed for one night . We had an early flight out of pvd . When my daughter woke up to get ready , she went to the bathroom and said dad come here and said what’s that to me . I look over and there was poop in the shower near the drain . 2 turds . Disgusting"

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get."

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"Great location. In a circle with many resturants of all types and a great brewery steps away. nice heated pool. Wish they had a spa. I missed their breakfast as we left too esrly on our fishing trips but fresh coffee in lobby very good. Will go again"

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."

"Fireplace, jacuzzi, breakfast were all bonuses for our stay!"
