"The room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not impressive. Without a kitchen I am guessing all food was prepared and dishes and utensils were one use only which adds to trash and should be reusable. The food was ok. Not enough options or fruit. The coffee was extremely bitter and not very good. Also no ice machines in the building. I was given a bag of ice which I kept in room's freezer. Overall the breakfast was not good and properly would be better off buying...

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a family event in RI. This is a big hotel and there were a few events scheduled on the same day of our stay. The hotel was packed.
