"Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night."

"The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price."

"The room was okay - not what we expected"

"Dirtiest most run down hotel I’d ever stayed in. The front desk clerk was visibly irritated having to check us in to the property. It smelled like an ashtray combine with pine sol and bleach. The room didn’t smell as bad as the hallways and main lobby but the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. The were hairs all over the tub, it had scum on all over it and the toilet had splatter marks left there."

"TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."

"Went through 3 rooms. First had hair and crumbs in bed. Second room door wouldn’t latch shut. Third room door lock system not working. Then we’re told no more rooms. At that point I no longer wanted to stay so asked for a refund. Staff was outside smoking so we had to go find them between room problems twice. Would not recommend staying here."
