"This hotel is beautiful and everything about our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk came outside and showed us where to find the parking lot. Check-in was quick and smooth. When we opened the door to our balcony room, we were wowed by what we the saw. The color scheme and decor in the room were so pretty. The bathroom was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. "We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "
