"This is a perfect 10 stars hotel. We stayed here every time when visiting France. Attention to every details such as bathrobes, soft slippers, good quality toilette. Clean bedding with down comforter. Spacious room with right temperature setting. Separate bathroom and toilet are ideal for getting ready. Breakfast with variety of selections in elegant dining area both indoor and outdoor."

"This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The wash basin in my room did not drain properly, the fire alarm beeped nearly every night, and the elevator was out of order for most of the stay. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed or resolved despite my five-night stay."

"Hotel propre, relativement recent, bien situé à proximité immédiate de la forêt de Saint-Germain-en-laye, et non loin du centre-ville dynamique de cette même ville. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique mais de gros manquement dénotant un certain amateurisme ont émaillé mon séjour et m'ont poussé a écourter mon séjour. le coffre-fort de la chambre était inutilisable et des odeurs nauséabondes de fosses septiques émanaient de la salle de bain après chaque douche. "A really lovely boutique-style hotel in an excellent location for making the Chateau a focal point of a trip (approximately 10 minutes walk to the main gates.) There are lots of restaurants and bistros plus food shops etc within a very short walk. The building is old which gives lots of character, but the interior is clean and modern (unfortunately without air con if you happen to be visiting in silly-hot weather, although they did provide fans in the rooms).
