"Room was clean, towels could have been in better condition. Size of room could have been larger. Aircon was good and kept room comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff were able to answer all questions we asked. No restaurant on site but 2 very close by within 120 metres. So walkable. Beware breakfast is not included if booked on the internet. Has to be booked direct for breakfast to be included."

"A perfectly nice place to stay with friendly staff, clean rooms and a good location. There is a lovely pool, although it's surrounded by lots of tents so not that relaxing. A great bar and genearlly a good hotel to use as a base for various excursions and activities."

"The staff were the starts of the lodge. Richard at the bar was a true gentleman. The catering staff were simply amazing and always polite. Let's not forget the gardner who kept the place nice and lush and the pool clean. Our son was in the pool everyday. Great fun."

"Fantastic friendly staff, great pools, complex is a bit old and tired but lovely grounds and amenities, and still a lovely hotel. Room servicing was good, turndown service was a bit hit and miss, laundry service was efficient, restaurant was quite good, shuttle was awesome and the drivers were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, golf was great, course is a little rough but the caddies were great. The only thing that irked us was that when we paid cash for a drink at the pool bar, or golf...

"They charge for breakfast. I needed a spoon and a bowl to eat some soup, I was only given a teaspoon and no bowl. I think there should be leniency with what can be offered to guests. "

"This hotel is beautiful. The grounds are well manicured. The check in was easy and fast. The staff is professional and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a clogged shower drain and when we reported it, Maintenance was there immediately to address the issue. We needed a half hour late checkout and they gave it to us without question. The restaurant was delicious, as were the cocktails. Very reasonable prices. The infinity pool is fantastic...
