"PÉSIMO Y DEPLORABLE Lo que vivimos en este hotel fue un verdadero abuso y una experiencia completamente inaceptable. Nos hospedábamos en familia: una persona de la tercera edad, menores de edad, un bebé de 1 año, una mujer embarazada y un familiar con problemas de salud. Aun así, el personal del hotel (meseros, capitán de meseros y gerente m) actuaron con violencia total.
