"Staff ensure you have a pleasant stay, their ethic, kindness and politeness are excellent. Pools beach are beautiful. Rooms are clean but can use a fix. No difference from a standard to premium room. Didn’t receive any type of special perks for being premium this time around have visited 4 times

"Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available."
