The pool is much smaller than the photo. Also too crowded and chlorinated for my group to use/enjoy. Check in was a disaster and they didn’t offer to accommodate or make up for the 3 hour delay. We did not get the rooms that we booked thru Expedia but the hotel itself wasn’t willing to help resolve the issue they just gave me a phone number to take care of it myself. Very disappointed as this was a spring break staycation meeting up with friends and the kids.

The first day when we arrived at the hotel. It was so many people there and kids running wild all over the hotel. The room that the front desk clerk gave me was awful. Beds was sloppy made up, bathroom sink cracked, tub was stopped up, no heat, balcony door was broke and couldn’t open, couch was worn out and didn’t let out, the pillow covers and and one bedsheets had mildew stains on it, the wall had broken pieces of concrete on it, they just need to throw everything in that room in the garbage and remodel it over. My whole stay I called for house keeping to bring us clean towels, and toilet paper. They bought up clean towels one time and the rest of our stay we had to go downstairs to get whatever else we needed. I NEVER ever been to an Embassy suites hotel where me and my family was treated so bad. The staff there is rude, racist and needs to be re-trained on how to work with paying guests. The swimming pool area stayed dirty and no one never showed up to re-stock the towels. I went several times to the front desk to ask if I could get 3 towels for me and my kids and Jessica said I can’t give you any towels right now but I’m going to have someone bring them in the pool room. Me and my kids was in the pool for 2 hours and no one never showed up to restock the pool room towels. On our way out at 10 pm when the other guests arrive at the pool, I noticed the guy on his way in the pool room a bunch of towels to restock. Also the elevator stopped working. I stay was horrible.

The staff was great however my room wad not clean upon checking in. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a blood stain on the top sheet. It was so disgusting. While the staff immediately moved me to a different room, I was still very uncomfortable.

The room I initially was given the heat didn't work so I had to switch rooms. The 2nd room I was given must've had pets in there previously because there was pet hair all over the floor and on the pillows. My husband broke out. My kids were discriminated against. The stay was all bad.

We really didn't have a good stay within the room, there was a lot of damaged areas, dirty surfaces across the floors, walls, bathroom, shower , toilet etc. We asked for a full service cleaning of the room but these problems weren't acknowledged during our short stay. Many surfaces were still dirty after we called front desk to let them know. There were snags on the carpet, lights not working and several used shoes from a previous stay underneath the bed skirt of our bed. It was a very dirty and underwhelming stay.

Just ok… dirty pool. Rooms ok. I’d stay again but I also wouldn’t highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

A little disappointing with this Embassy Suites which is NEVER a problem that we have. We got checked in...went to use the pool and it literally took your breath away with the chlorine. Had to put a towel over your face it was so strong. The property iteself is just in need of serious upgrades. One elevator not working...ceiling tiles falling down in our room...just needs some major TLC in the future. Not what the expectation is when you pay and stay at an Embassy Suites

We had to leave the pool area because the chlorine was so strong the kids began coughing uncontrollably and our eyes were burning. Every person in the pool area was complaining of their eyes burning, even if they were not in the water. The hot tub was foamy with scum and dirt in the foam that I did not notice until I was already in. When I got out of the hot tub I had a dirt ring around my body at water level. Our room had filth all over the walls and surfaces, everything was out of date and falling apart, the handle even fell off in the shower. There were toys, food, dirty silverware, and more in the couch and it was apparent that the pull out beds in the couch were never checked to be cleaned. Garbage and dirty towels lined the hallways, some of it was there for our entire 3 day stay. The furniture in our room was outdated and worn out, and was mismatched. Our refrigerator was missing racks and the makeshift “shelf” that held the refrigerator in place was crooked and the fridge seemed to be falling. The TV in the room states that housekeeping is a daily service, yet we never seen them during our stay, our garbage was overflowing and we had to use makeshift garbage cans. We requested additional towels as we had a suite with 6 people in it and were only provided 4 towels, and it took several hours and a follow up request to receive them. As far as the breakfast that was included there are a lot of choices, but but everything was empty and not refilled in a timely manner.

Checking in was slow, rooms are old but clean and confortable. Only 2 elevators working so it was very slow going up and down. Breakfast and night drinks were great. Very small and cold pool and crowded.

The issue was not that it wasn't clean but it was in poor condition. There were leaks in the ceiling with buckets to catch the water laying around on the floor, duct tape on the carpet in our room, rips in the furniture. Beyond its physical condition, the staff had horrible customer service. But one guy was pleasant. I'll just say this place has potential but needs a bit of improvement.

I traveled over 800 miles to surprise my son to a hotel mommy/son weekend. I exclusively chose this hotel for location and amenities. Once I arrive, I wasn’t greeted. I stood in line almost 5 mins before saying something to the worker since she continued to ignore my presence and continue doing her paperwork. Once I was acknowledged, I checked in and was told a deposit was for $200, a $100 per night. The email that I received from the hotel that was sent on here said $50 per night. I showed worker and they said it was wrong and it was nothing they could do about it. I pay or cancel the reservation. I wanted to cancel right there and then due to poor customer service and conflicting prices. It was a Friday and after 7pm. The odds of finding another hotel local and last minute was slim but I would have to wait for my refund which would take days. I was so upset and disappointed but had to be strong for my son and keep his spirits up. As we was heading to the room, we saw a sign that said pool and hot tub was closed the whole weekend. My son love swimming and I love the hot tub, whole reason I booked here. I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton in my life and now my son swim time was ruined. No apologies, nothing to fix the issues or make our stay a better experience. The next morning we go for breakfast and the omelette station was close.Saturday same issue, then we had to deal with loud kids in room 107 all night long. Very awful experience overall

The hotel was nice. I really like the dove products in the rooms and the staff were nice, my only bad takeaway was that jacuzzi jets didn’t really bubble and the chairs and floors were a little dirty. Other than that I would stay again

The tub stopper did not work properly Housekeeping gave us clean tiles and didn't do the bed or tidy up the room. Breakfast was really really good. The hundred dollars a night for accidents is a bit steep but other than that I guess it was OK.
