It’s sad that two years ago parking and shuttle to the airport was included. Now it’s an extra $60. The hotel is dirty and old.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to airport leaves every 30 minutes. Driver helped get my luggage on and off.

I was not able to stay at the hotel. While checking in with my service dog companion, the manager violated our civil rights under the American disability act. The manager stated that because I booked through a third-party (expedia) i did not notify the hotel 48 hours in advance of my service dog. She then began to inquire about my disability and the purpose, despite me presenting my documents the manager refused to look at them and kicked us out of the hotel.

Hi There!! Per the ADA a pit bull or an American bull dogs are NOT honored or suggested service animals. We by law can not ask for your paper work however there are two specific questions we are permitted and the ADA has accepted responses. We can also by law ask you questions based upon your responses. You failed to give the correct responses, you offered your paperwork and then failed to produce it. We spoke with a Supervisor at the Third Party in which they also indicated that you did not disclose to them also that you had an animal. You can not leave an ADA Animal unattended in the room which you said you would be doing. We did not kick you out the hotel however you were asked to wait until we could get this addressed properly before checking you in and since we are not a pet friendly hotel, you did not speak with the Third Party Provider regarding the animal prior to making the reservation and you did not answer the questions we needed to properly check you in with a service animal-both the Hotel AND the third party provider agreed that you failed to meet the terms and conditions of the reservation and cancelled your reservation. The hotel did so at no charge to the customer. We did offer several times to help assist you in finding a location where animals are accepted and you declined. We also offered that to the third party provider and you declined them also.We wish you the very best in finding lodging that fits all your needs. May we kindly suggest always calling ahead with any sort of animal, service or otherwise, to make sure the hotel can accommodate your request. That eliminates confusion and things can be worked out for you prior to arrival.

Hi there Robert. There is actually food at our property. There is well stocked Market that is open 24 hours a day. In addition to that there is complimentary coffee & tea available 24 hours a day also. In addition to all of that: we have a variety of menus as well as a list of locations the will bring food to the hotel at all times of the day and night. It does state on our Marriott website, that Expedia is suppose to update thier guest information from the information provided from that location, that our Restaurant is closed at this time. Our Front Desk is knowledgeable and helpful regarding the best places to eat and drink at all times of the day and night! I am sorry that you missed these options but the next time you stay with us we would love to assist you!

Average
Hotel is not worth the price. Stay in the area often and this is comparable to cheaper hotels around. Was told there was no breakfast when we arrived, would of been nice to know that before we booked. Stsins on the carpet, tiles loose in the elevator. Expected a lot more at this price point for this area. Stay at the holiday inn, same price and better hotel.

Hi Alexanddra- We have that our restaurant is closed on our Marriott.com website and that information has been provided to Expedia to make sure thier information is accurate and correct. I am sorry to hear that the guests before you left stains on the carpet in your room. We will look into addressing that as soon as possible. Thank you for sharing that with us. The hotel is old, and requested a late check out since my flight was being late, and the front desk attendant was rude and tried me to avoid it, when I told her you can charge me for it that’s when she changed her mind, I worked for hotels several years, and that’s a not profesional way, she needs to be re-trained again

Big parking lot. Clean rooms. Five minutes from the airport. Right by a few eateries and a gas station. All I need for a solo two day trip.

There was a white suburan parked right outside our window that was blasting his music all night long. I complained to the front desk but he said there was nothing he could do. Someone called the police but they did not do anything to address the situation. Neither myself or my wife got any sleep. We only stayed one night with the expectation of getting a good nights sleep. We are very dissatisfied and we wasted our money.

The property was great. Whoever the guy manning the front desk on 8/25/23, was AWOL. Couldn't find the man for almost an hour. Had the room next to me, an alarm kept blaring in the room next to me at 4am, and NO one was turning it off. The phone in the room is nothing more than a prop. Left my room tried the phone in the hallway, no answer. Went to the lobby, the couple of people waiting on the shuttle hadn't seen him either. Just the sign "back in five." I decided to head back to my room only to realize I left my wallet there for my key, in the room. Went back down, waited for the shuttle driver. He looked around, couldn't find the man. Told me to go to the location next door, same company. The Lady next door was VERY helpful, she tried calling him and using their walkie talkie still no answer. She called various people, finally after 20 minutes she tried the walkie again. This time he answered, sounding like someone getting woken up and didn't GAF. She explained the situation, he said he'd be there shortly. After walking back from the other hotel, I still had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to show up. While pissed, one look told me this guy didn't care. I could be his boss and fire him on the spot and I'm guessing he'd have danced out the door. I didn't want to escalate the situation, I just wanted back in my room. Lucky by this time the person's alarm had stopped going off, but I was awake and this totally ruined my day. I'll be avoiding four points.
