Overall good property, rented 3 rooms, one was clean, the other 2 were not cleaned well. Hair in the shower pan, bed not well maid, dusty shelves. Breakfast was okay.

Uneven reception by hotel staff, not a lot of smiling from the front desk. Weirdly our room was half-cleaned on day two. The towels had been changed out and the bathroom trash emptied but the bed wasn’t made. And our hand soap, which we had used but barely was gone with no replacement. ??? No conditioner in the showers. It was a good location for what we had to do, but I would go back to the neighboring Hampton In. if I had to choose between the two.

Great stay

Overall, our stay was very delightful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was too high for a mobility accessible suite. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen area was very nice as well.

Clean Room and VERY Helpful Staff

Great Stay and Experience at hotel. VERY courteous staff and very Friendly. Room was very clean and the room had everything we needed. Decorations were modern and Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The hotel room, hallways and lobby areas were clean.

Excellent Stay!

The staff was so kind and courteous and they set up a lovely breakfast. Before they cleared the breakfast items the staff went around to see if anyone needed anything else first, very personal touch. Upon checking out we were asked if our stay was comfortable and to please visit again. Excellent! The room was so clean and well stocked and the location is quiet although located near a busy area. We did not visit the pool area but it seems that lots of guests were enjoying it. We will definitely return.

Bedbugs - made complaint - zero effort to apologize or offer any compensation or any thing - front desk also stated they never give extensions for check out from 11 to Noon which I highly doubt but if true is another reason what sadly would be a very good place as it has a great facilty and location - there were other helpful desk people but the desk help on January 9 mornign was horrible and completely not a good person to be listening and answering peoples questions and responding to a. Horrific complaint of many bed bugs - my body is. Now riddeled with bites

The handicapped shower bench included pored enough water out of the shower to create a swimming pool in the tiled section and even collapsed resulting in my wife's head smashing into the tub. The cleaning manager was informed he manxplained how to use it and after I showed him what he explained and how it failed and collapsed he jusr half heartedly apologized and left. 2 day of our vacation to meet our granddaughter gone to a hospital stay. The cleaning crew (minus there manager) were amazing. Helped with the water and even found a shower chair. They were awesome.

Lack of service, amenities, and staff

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean and bright upon arrival, but that's about where the charm ended. Our biggest complaints were room cleanliness, breakfast, and lack of staff. When I got to my room, we found a MOLDY plate in the dishwasher. Immediately closed that and ignored, as we didn't have a need for the dishwasher, but still really disgusting. We also saw makeup stains on the sheets my children were using on the pullout couch, which made it clear that things were not cleaned properly between guests. The shower had a shampoo and body wash bottle. Both bottles had the same clear soapy contents in them, so I have no idea what they are using in those refillable bottles, but it's certainly NOT what is labeled and that seems dishonest and concerning. There was hardly anyone ever present at the front desk. I stood there for 10 solid minutes one morning, waiting for someone to give a crap enough to come to the desk. Multiple staff members walked by me, locked eyes with me then moved on without a word. Breakfast - PITIFUL! They pitch a free hot breakfast with "endless possibilities". Each morning, we were met with total disappointment. This is all they had: 3 stale cereals in dispensers, yogurt/toppings, powdered eggs, old turkey bacon, mushy mini hashbrown rounds, old breads, and waffles. It was the saddest breakfast I've ever seen, but hey... you get what you pay for. It's definitely not what the website indicates.
