The front desk clerk who checked me in was great, friendly and efficient. The rest of my stay was not as pleasant. The room was not very clean, the shower drain did not work, the microwave handle was broken off, I had to rewash the dishes before using, the a/c-heat didn’t work, the bed linens were so skimpy I had to fold them over to get warm, the gym was closed and when I tried to get some coffee condiments (cream/sugar packets) from the front desk one evening, I was told by the clerk that she couldn’t give me any. This was not a very cheap place to stay. Next time I will spend a little more for a better hotel.

DISAPPOINTED STAY
There was no hot water, over heard anothr guest say its been like thay for 2 weeks. The first room we had the microwave didn't work. They switched us to another room, the stove didn't work in that one. There was no compensation for anything.

My room was dirty. The floor was covered in debris. The furniture was turned about. I let desk know as I left for dinner and I they indicated it would be taken care of. It was not. I asked again and let them know i didn't have hot water, as well. The front desk informed me that the entire facility was without hot water. The bathroom was clean and properly appointed.

I did not make it 20 minutes in this property. It reeks of pee and water damage as soon as you hit the hallway. My room was even worse. Blood and dirt on the toilet seat. No blanket on the bed trash can full pillows dirty. I arranged for a new room and left. Best part called the front desk and was told I couldn’t switch rooms and that they could give me cleaning supplies. Unbelievable.

We came in about 9 pm from out of state. As soon as we got there waited about 10 min before the clerk came to the desk. She was snappy, rude, like as if we were interrupting her. The elevator was broke down she put us on the 3rd floor, which ok fine, the fitness center was shut down. The whole hallway was filled with a smell i cant explain, hole punches in bathroom door. Looks nice on the outside but.......

We will never stay here again. Staff was unhelpful. Needed manager for everything but manager not on site. After a 30-minute check-in wait, room key did not work. Staff said needed a manager to fix it, but no manager was on-site. Gave up and left. Stayed at a different hotel since I could not even get into a room. Tried to get a refund but was refused. Worst. Hotel. Ever.

This hotel was VERY dirty. There were stains all over the hallways - on the walls and floors, and stains on the sheets in the room. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa and were told there were no pillows for that bed. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free.

This place was honestly really great for the price, the room had nice carpet and vinyl floors, I couldn’t believe the room had a stove, microwave, full size fridge and a dishwasher full of dishes, along with a toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom was really nice too. Only bad thing I can say is they advertise free breakfast and a fitness room but offer neither. Also they rarely had coffee in the common area but overall I’d give this place a solid 8.5 out of 10.

No AC, no effort
When I entered the room the AC was running and set to 60 but it was sweltering hot. There was a used washcloth and bar of soap next to the sink in the bathroom, so I assumed that maybe someone had just been in the room and just turned on the AC. I was willing to overlook the dirty conditions and used cloths in the bathroom, but after 3 hours of blasting the AC and no change in temperature, I realized it was broken and I needed to change rooms. However, when I went to the front desk the manager Chelsea said they were booked solid that evening and practically sneered at me that I had been in the room ‘all day’ and just now said something. She said she couldn’t offer me a refund or a new room but she would give me a fan. I called Hotels.com customer support for help but they were unable to refund the stay so I was forced to accept the fan. My room was on the 3rd floor and even with the window open (next to a noisy highway) and a large box fan running it extremely hot all night. It was cooler outside, in July. I ended up not returning to the property the next night and instead cut my trip short. I was very willing to overlook the condition of the room, and the lack of trash cans, and even the broken AC wouldn’t lead me to leave a bad review if there had been any effort. The person at the desk was THE MANAGER, they certainly had the power to offer me some kind of help, move me to a partner hotel, etc. I was patient, Chelsea was unapologetic.

The room did not have a complete hot water device - the carafe was missing. There was some type of beetle in the bed and an unpleasant aroma in the room. The garbage disposal did not work; the sink had food debris in it. The pillows are smaller than normal. We asked to switch rooms but we unable to.

This hotel used to have alot of long term worker guests..wasn't fancy, but was clean, quiet and basic breakfast and evening snacks were served. It's now filthy and run down. Elevator is unreliable, food is left on carpets and there are terrible stains everywhere, breakfast and evening food all cancelled. The front desk staff are pleasant, but they have clearly cancelled some of the staff as while my room was clean, the general living areas are awful.

Horrifying! Please read carefully. If you are trying yo get robbed, murdered, or slashed I highly recommend this hotel. I have no idea how their reviews are more than 7/10. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible situation. NO one is at the check in counter. The receptionists there don’t wanna work. They yell at you when you need something. I didn’t see no ordinary humans there. Only tattooed gang members and criminals. The air conditioner wasn’t working and It was soo hot. Like an oven. They refused to give me another room or a refund. They even didn’t have anyone to check me out early. I got stuck in the elevator too coz it wasn’t working properly. If you value your life, never approach this hotel.

The Descent
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to everything. As a facility, the hotel can be one of the best in town however the problem lies in the staff woking inside it. The management needs reshuffle and professional hotel experts handle the situation. Everything needs refresh from the stained floor carpets everywhere to the wifi, piles if trash everywhere to the cleanliness in the hotel in general.

Well i booked a room here on July 2nd till the 9th the room was very clean but it had broken furniture and there and the furniture that was in there like the couches was dirty the rugs in the hallways was dirty and I paid cash I left the property early I was supposed to stay there for a week but left on the 3rd they owe me a refund for the rest of the days that I was supposed to be there it is now July 17th and I'm still waiting on a refund the state could have been better if they was a little bit more cleaner
