"The hotel is by a bus stop that has a lot of homeless people who sleep and stay there. I didn’t necessarily feel unsafe, but was heckled a lot for change, food, etc. Everything inside was fine. Plenty of amenities. No issue with the keyless entry, as others complained about. Check in and out was a breeze."

"This hotel is in a perfect location especially if you are going to a sporting event - minutes from Comerica Park. They only use valet parking but it was so handy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff checking us in were wonderful- they had experienced a power outage earlier in the day so their key cards weren’t working and they had to escort everyone to their rooms to let them in. The staff remained calm and upbeat, you would never know something like that was happening. Our room was great, it was clean and quiet and very easy to control the temperature (we liked it very cool!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back."
