I really liked the design of the lobby with the spiral staircase. Breakfast was good on the weekend but I wish they offered a hot breakfast all week.

We had two rooms and each one was filthy. Both had stained bedding, dirty floors, food splattered on the headboard, dirty bathrooms ( one bathroom smelt like urine) the other bathroom had 2 blood splatters.

If our room hadn't seemed clean enough we would have left. Property is run down, exterior looked terrible with unmowed grass and weeds in landscaping. Hot breakfast is only served on weekends. No juice or decaf coffee. Bed was ok but desk chair was worn out. This place needs to be stripped of the Quality name.

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9:30. I went down at 7am and there was no one around at the desk or in the breakfast area and NO coffee. Someone finally arrived at 7:15 to make coffee but said it would be 1/2 hour.

Upon arrival, phone in our room had a cut cord. So we had no working phone. Maintenance needed to fix the issue.

Stained bed sheets, dirty bathroom with poorly operating shower and toilet even after changing a room. Would not go again.

Good location. Friendly staff. Rooms are simple but stained. Parking lot not plowed, icy and full of snow. Nice breakfast. It served it's purpose!

Dirty and out dated.
The room was dirty and the building was out dated. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. The bedding had stains on it, and the couch. There were random marks on the walls, and the lamps had finger prints all over them. I didn’t feel comfortable or clean at all.

When i checked in it smelled very strong like marijuana, asked for extra pillows and was given 2 then told they ran out of pillow cases. Went into the guest laundry area to checknlrices and saw a cockroach crawling on the floor.

The room was generally ok. Given the price point I couldn't complain. The property, room and linens were a little worn but everything seemed to be clean. Hot items served for breakfast were so-so. I was only sleeping there overnight and the room was ok for that.

1)Trash in parking lot. 2) Broken bathroom door. 3) Asked front desk for one extra pillow. Nope 4) They do supply breakfast - but no coffee. Both large coffee containers empty. Spent 20 minutes eating food, hoping staff would refill the coffee, but no staff visible in dining area, or the front desk. *They did have hot water and little packets of freeze-dried decaf, I'll pass. 5) "Check Out Procedure" Basket on the front desk with a note attach, instructing guest to check out by leaving their key in basket. If you're going to have a self check-out, supply a secure drop box to put key cards in. A pile of key cards laying open in a basket, sets up a passing bad actor bystander, that could easily grab a key and go to that room, trash it until 11am checkout, leave and the guest would be totally liable for the damages. Shady and lazy tactics.

The property is not bad, just feels .. unwelcoming. Everything is done to cover the minimums to be ok. So everything looks tired and blah. Can't say it's unclean, but the bed covers had what looked like stains or worn out spots. Some peeling paint in the shower. The heating unit that was not well calibrated and took some massaging to do what i wanted ... I would come here again for a short stay because it is a was reasonable value, but just so...

The property is not well taken care of and it is noticeably dirty. It was a nice hotel at one time but not now. The room smelled of smoke and the beds are horribly uncomfortable. I will NOT be staying there again.
