THE staff was nice and the room was clean but the breakfast was bad nothing to eat and it did not show what was on the web very up set.

The staff was extremely friendly, considerate, professional, and helpful. The room is was initially given, and used the first night, was not intended to be rented as the TV was not operational. Unfortunately, night staff had not been informed. Because of my very late arrival, I decided not to persue an immediate room change; however, I did inform the office of the situation. The next morning I ws offered another suite and compensated in terms of a room upgrade for the inconvenience of relocating. The remainder of my stay was great as the suite was superb. The hours of the continental breakfast were perfect, 7-10 each day. It was a leisurely way to start my day. All in all, after that unfortunate start, the remainder of was great.

Hotel location was visible and easy to find. Hotel itself has two buildings that have the rooms. Upon checking in we found the pool has been unusable for 10+ months. The website did not inform you of this nor were we informed in any way prior other then arriving and reading it at the desk. I felt bad for the gals working the desk and having to take the disappointment for customers check-in in. BUT….. we were allowed to cancel our reservation without any questions or push back.

Staff was excellent. The property, at least our room needs attention. Bath tub would not drain, sink, drained very slowly, no towel bar, but there used to be one. Windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. The room door was extremely hard to open. Breakfast was great. Robin and Janis, excellent guest services.

The room was nicely remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and there was room for everyone to find a table. The only area for improvement was the cleanliness of the hallways, and carpeting, which did not smell so good. Fortunately, as soon as we entered our room everything was very nice. Hopefully, they will make the hallways as nice as the rooms soon.
