"Ok so the check in process was a little problematic bc the link you are given by email goes to a page where you are given instructions at check-in time which is 3pm.
It will give you a code for the front door and room. Enter the code and press #. You see that bit of instruction when you scroll down the page. I didn’t know that so keep that in mind. "Stayed here with family and overall had a really good experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the location it’s very close to Old Montreal, Chinatown, transit, restaurants, and many tourist attractions, which made getting around super convenient without needing a car.

"Arrived at8pm we were told we had the best apartment in the building unpacked everything went for dinner and picked up breakfast items to start our day's when we got back the refrigerator wasn't working went to the front desk they told us there wasn't anything they could do it had been broken for over a month. We then had to repack all off our belongings and move to another apartment 2 day's later we decided to do a load of laundry and the washer didn't work !!! I believe we are entitled to get...
