"Very disappointing stay. We had booked 3 rooms and not one was ready at 3:00 check in time. Staff indicated they should be ready in 30 minutes, so we used the pool for a while. Kept checking back; no rooms ready. Others were waiting also. Staff was not helpful or apologetic. Ended up waiting until 5:00 when 2 rooms were ready, then went to dinner since we had a reservation. Third room was ready when we returned from dinner. Upon entering room, there were no bath towels or shower curtain. Got them quickly from front desk. We will not return to this hotel."

"We stayed at this property overnight while attending graduation at UF. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nicely but together with plenty of sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the assortment was phenomenal. If we ever have need to return to Gainesville this is the place we will be staying."

"I didn't experience any issues except running out of toilet paper and was given a roll from the front desk staff. The room was relatively clean and spacious. The air conditioner was working fine and kept the room chilly. All of the staff that I encountered from check in to check out was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for me as I am a grab and go person. The staff overseeing the breakfast was extremely polite and kind. Also, I enjoyed using the washer and dryer that was available and for usage at an economical price. Looks like others were enjoying the pool. I will definitely stay here again."
