"Location was excellent.. communication was in time and valuable We had a nice family stay"

"Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

"It was 10 out of 10 for us Beautiful barn conversion."

"Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before."

"Flat 3 was a lovely room, just what I needed after a rough few weeks. Everything was in walking distance, 10 mins to the sea front, will definitely use this company again."

"Very nice spacious apartment Lovely views and great location Car park is very small and tight Above a pub so can be noisy The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony Lots of kitchen essentials and games Comfy beds!"

"Everything was fine overall, great apartment, great location, friendly housekeeper. However, before travel look after a message requesting a deposit, we noticed that the Hotels.com app indicated the deposit and taxes were included, which turned out not to be the case. As a result, I had to make the payment through a separate website. We left the apartment clean and tidy, and the deposit was refunded within a few days."

"Amazing, spacious and clean room made our stay enjoyable and comfortable while at Dartmoor. The host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"A great location. Co-op on the corner. Directly opposite the National Express/Flixbus bus stop. The Exeter bus station is less than a 5 minute walk. Vue Cinema about a 90 second walk from the rear entrance. The room is sufficient, but basic. Plenty of storage- short on coat hangers, but two large pull out drawers and a storage surface above them. Plenty of other shelving though also to use. Desk provided with also under desk drawers. I had no problem with the amount of storage provided. There...

"Lovely place to stay, very clean and stunning views. "

"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

"The Studio Apt I was staying was amazingly nice, I felt like I was in my own home. I had a nice view of the sea in the morning, A short distance walk to the Abbey Sand beach, Tesco and the High St. Pretty accessible to all essentials. Chris and Shane were very accommodating since I checked in late in the evening. Room photos are as is what you see in the post. I don’t have a car but there’s a free parking. Transport wise, bus stops are close , but basically I was mostly walk going to the...

"Unfortunately the apartment is very very old and dated, wallpaper old and peeling, cobwebs everywhere. Mould in shower, shower door off the hinges. Bed had ripped & old bed sheet. It’s in need of an upgrade and clean. However, you cannot argue with the amazing views and location!"

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."
