"The staff at concierge was very friendly and we were able to do an early check in, little did we realise we had been upgraded to another room (I didn’t know until I looked back at our booking). The room was amazing, clean and tidy and the bathroom was large with a shower big enough for two. Took us a while to get the air con how we wanted it but it was the best sleep we have had in a very long time. Comfy bed and amazing pillows. We will definitely be back! "

"Bed is comfortable. The coffee machine was missing a part and not set up to work (ie safety plastic not yet removed) but the staff were lovely & replaced it. The blinds and curtains are really frustrating to work out. They are at most entertaining but yes frustrating. "
