Had no choice to go to The Oaks as Expedia messed up our booking The Oaks was in a great spot and staff friendly Studio Room had two single beds and was a bit small for twin share

The staff at Oaks Castlereagh are lovely and very accommodating. They allowed us to have an early check-in and check-out, free of charge. We found the location very central and convenient. For the price you can not beat this place!

The studio room was fine for the two of us and had a comfortable bed. We picked the hotel even though it was more expensive than other places because it had a pool and spa. The pool was nice but the spa was not as warm as it should be and on our last day the spa was cold (same temperature as the pool). The spa jets are switched on and off by a button on the wall. However, the timer only lasted for 3 minutes so you have to get out of the spa every 3 minutes to turn the jets back on. The button is also not close to the pool so the whole spa setup is not as good as it should be and it feels like the hotel has done this to save money which is disappointing as it is not a cheap place to stay. We enjoyed our stay but the spa was a let down.

Struttura con un'ottima posizione, comoda e accessibile dalla stazione centrale di Sydney. La camera in generale era pulita, peccato per l'assenza della lavanderia nella camera, ma comunque la struttura è dotata di una lavanderia comune. Il personale molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione.

The property was clean and comfortable and had all the kitchen conveniences needed for any length of stay. The staff were polite and efficient. I would stay here again.

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family stay, with ample room, handy facilities including laundry and privacy. Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, including addressing a few problems we encountered very promptly.
