"Good bones and a very accommodating young staff group working in the bar and handling room allocations. The rooms are very rundown and barely cleaned. Thankfully, clean sheets with no mattress protector or towels in the room. The TV had been smashed, so only a cracked screen image was available. Finally, the ladies' toilet and the shower hadn't been cleaned for a long time; they were filthy and smelt of mould. All in all, it's one of the worst places we have stayed. They need to get a cleaner!...

"On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful.
