Rumah Penginapan di Dewan Kota Maitland

"The room was clean and tidy. However the TV did not work but a staff member brought in another TV that worked fine. The entry path to the front door was undulating and dangerous for my wife to negotiate. The room was old and needed a refresh and painting. Bed cormfortable and linen fresh ."

"The place was lovely but the air-conditioner in both bedrooms needed replacing. The manager did give us a good heater after being cold in both bedrooms on the first night. We needed to leave the door open in the 2nd bedroom to allow the heat to flow through from the living area. "

"What a beautiful, intimate, quaint cottage and only 10 minutes from the vineyards. Helen was the most lovely host, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It was so peaceful and it felt like we were stepping into a cottage in the rolling hills of England. We loved our stay, the lovely breakfast each morning and definitely will be returning in the cooler months to sit around the beautiful log fire with a bottle of the Hunter’s finest."

It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. Rooms were not serviced. For $1,000 for two nights, it was definitely not worth the money and would say, was the worst place we’ve stayed in Pokolbin. Very...

"Very clean comfortable & easy to deal with"

"Beautiful elegant room and a super comfortable bed. The grounds and gardens were delightful. Our host was lovely and helpful. My only negative is the horrible acrylic blankets on the bed, hot and uncomfortable to sleep under. We will be back with byo blankets."

"Good bones and a very accommodating young staff group working in the bar and handling room allocations. The rooms are very rundown and barely cleaned. Thankfully, clean sheets with no mattress protector or towels in the room. The TV had been smashed, so only a cracked screen image was available. Finally, the ladies' toilet and the shower hadn't been cleaned for a long time; they were filthy and smelt of mould. All in all, it's one of the worst places we have stayed. They need to get a cleaner!...
