Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. "Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. "The room was clean and all amenities good. Quite so easy to sleep although very thin walls. Needs some maintenance though - bulb missing from bedside lamp, soap holder broken off in shower and air con not working at all. "
