At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"

We were able to get room service from the beautiful restaurant located next door which was perfect for us when you put baby to bed and can’t go out. Location is perfect to walk down to Main Beach in 5 mins and enjoy coffee and breakfast at the kiosk. Highly recommend. "
