The hotel and staff are really good however we had a rough start to our stay, which was not aligned with the reputation of the hotel or the price paid. Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. However, the shower head could not be attached to the shower arm, so it was a bit inconvenient to use. Otherwise, our experience was very good.
