"The facility is nice, middle of Roswell so it is convenient, Staff were nice and friendly, room was clean. However, the $12 surprise "parking" fee was ridiculous. I understand when you are in a metro area with limited parking, but the parking lot was not even full on the back side. Expedia claims to show "all fees" but this fee was hidden until you check in. A parking fee in Roswell, New Mexico? More like a gouge the traveler fee. My only other complaint was breakfast the first day. Out of forks, out of coffee, out of about half the hot items, trash cans were filled. It appeared nobody was really working the breakfast to keep it stocked, clean and tidy. Day two was better. Because of this fee, we elected to stay somewhere else on our return trip. "

"The woman at check in was great!! I booked a joining rooms it was nice. The breakfast was good too. The pool I will say was nice and warm the hot tub wasn’t heated so that was a bummer. All in all we had a great stay we will be back."
