"Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere."

"service and hotel itself was wonderful! great staff, very friendly. was upset at the fact there was no hot tub and they advertise the hot tub in listing so that is the only negative review i have. my sibling stayed there a year ago and same thing that time as well."

"good: breakfast was plentiful and full. staff were very friendly. everything was honestly fine except... bad: everything had a film of grime on it, pretty dirty unfortunately. maybe I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have my toddler around but even the chairs in the breakfast area were covered in grime. was it butter?
