"The hotel is gross. Dirty, moldy, smells horrible. This property is not clean nor taken care of. The nicest area was the lobby. My husband and I didn’t even want to lay on the bed. "

Our first room was really cold (and so was the lobby!) and we couldn't get the thermostat to go higher, and the first room was next to a really loud elevator that was waking us up really early so they got us a different room half way though the stay. Overall a good stay."

"I reserved a room here . And the app they told me that I will be charged of the premises, but then I noticed that they took the money straight out of my bank account right away. They were not supposed to say that they said that my credit card will not be charged. Our flight was a little delayed. "The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place."

"The staff was amazing ! The room is small and outdated kissing small things like swim towels, extra blankets , new paint and sturdy locks on the doors. If they just added some small things at a time it would be a nice place. Location and staff makes this place ! "

"Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. As soon as we walked in, there was a very strong, unbearable smell. It was clear the unit had just been sprayed right before our arrival. At first I thought it was an air freshener, but then I found bug spray under the sink and realized that was the source. There were also many mosquitoes or small insects on the floor, and some even stuck to my suitcase. Communication with the host was also frustrating. I received multiple emails with check-in...

"The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump."

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."
