Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. If you want good meals, you have to go off the Crane property to restaurants along the coast.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! My daughters and I truly enjoyed Hilton Grand Vacations Club The Crane Barbados. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and felt like a home away from home. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated—such a relaxing atmosphere. The Paint & Sip with Jonelle was the standout experience of our trip—so fun, engaging, and memorable. My birthday trip at the crane went very well. The check in was great with Diangelo’s help specifically at the front desk as he made the check in smooth and offered me and my friends a lot of information about the crane and Barbados in general as it was our first time in Barbados. The Crane is an amazing property! The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous trees, plants, and flowers. The accommodations are stunning, I felt like I was in my own home with a nice level of privacy. The views are very scenic. It was like heaven on earth. Will definitely visit again!
