"Isaiah at the Front Desk was amazing and very kind. I missed my turn-off from the freeway and became utterly LOST. I called the hotel and Isaiah answered (poor soul); I told him I was on the corner of Maple Rd & Newport Rd and he took the time to find my whereabouts on a map and told me exactly how to get back to where I should be to reach the hotel. "We had a wonderful stay and even went back for an extra night after our trip to Chicago. We especially enjoyed the constant access to coffee, the pool, and the wonderful breakfast. One of the staff, Xavier, was especially helpful in terms of my husband's special needs(he uses a wheelchair) and gave us two little bottles of wine for my birthday. We will definitely stay there again if in Ann Arbor."

"The room was so dark you could not read a book without opening the window shades, but we were on the ground floor where anyone can look in. It was frustrating not to have bright light when working at the desk or doing paperwork or even sitting in the chair that had a light fixture just over my head that gave off a yellow glow. "I absolutely LOVED walking in the room, and seeing my name on the tv with a welcome!!!!!! Made it really cozy and personalized! The only problem we had was that there were alot of people staying there and the staff had a challenge keeping up on demand at breakfast. Loved everything ese!!!!!!!!"

"Loved the room. Very clean and a very open spaced layout. The staff was very nice. Was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Never been offered eggs with zero Potatoe options. I have to admit I am a savory type but even though my family was not with me, having the waffle setup was very nice. Not for me but wanted to point that out."
