"Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture. The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as...

"Staff at front desk look like they didn't want to be bothered with anyone. Didn't say good afternoon good morning nothing be Hello. The beds were so hard the 3 of us woken up is so much pain. Iv never stayed in a place with beds so hard. Restaurants were great casino very smokey but fun. I ask for a high floor for the view they give me the 2nd floor looking at the heating system. For the money we spent we felt they didn't care and gave us what she felt like. The same lame lady that couldn't look...

"I misplaced my drivers license. I found it. The clerk then told me she had canceled my prepaid reservation and ordered me to leave the premises. She refused to give me her name or the managers name. She refused to give me written documentation that she had in fact canceled my reservation. I called the manager the following Monday. He appoligized and said he would aid me in attempting to get a refund. I realize this is the Hotels responsibility, not your per se. I am retired and traveling is my...

"The breakfast juice machine was out of service and they didn’t offer any juice options. Coffee was not hot. The worst experience we had was that all three of our showers were miserable with no hot water and the warm water turning chilly part way through each shower. They attempted to send a maintenance person but we had already showered and were in a hurry to leave. Reading the reviews and talking to staff, we learned that this was a known issue. Very disappointing."
