"This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! If you want to relax while enjoying a beautiful scenic view, this is for you. If you want to walk around and explore, you can do that too. The staff are incredible and treated us very well. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a great amenity. The only complaint that we have is that the bedroom walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors if you have them. Other than that, everything else about this place is awesome. "We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. "Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle...

"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...

"Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. "A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"The staff was very kind and helpful! We had to fly from Florence to Zurich and did not want to take our big luggage, so they held our luggage for us. Then they had it in our room for us upon our return to Florence. They even remembered each of our names when we returned several days later, and we really felt like guests instead of just another number. I can not thank them enough for their hospitality!"

"I had a beautiful view of the rooftops of Florence form my 3rd-floor room. Comfortable bed, marble bathroom, easy-to-operate modern AC unit, and QUIET, despite being in the center of it all. Delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff (both at front desk, and easy to call down from room), and comfortable protocol for arriving hear when room was not ready yet. Would 1000% stay here again."
