"It was our first time staying at the kapok. The staff is amazing and everyone was extremely kind and nice. We definitely felt welcomed. We also loved that the hotel offered breakfast…. Great location because we wanted to go to Maracus beach a few times before heading back to Los Angejes….the rooms were extremely clean and we will be back to stay at the hotel….Thank you to the staff for a wonderful trip"

"The view into the Oean and down the islands is magical. The outdoor settings is nice however, this hotel needs some upgrades. The outdoor especially for night time need some proper lightings and caution tapes are not reflective. It's a easy fall. Food was tasty, menu/drinks a little on the pricey side. The rooms settings are cozy. I like the sitting area then into the bedroon however, the sofa was dirty and smelly and our room was full of mosquitoes. As advertised there were no tea/coffee,cups or basic utilisels in the room. One suggestion, as a first timer the room numbering should be placed on the front of every building instead of a person having to walk to every single door to identify. Generally love the outdoor environment but there is need for improvement and upgrades. "

"There were shops nearby but the restaurant inside the hotel was expensive.Also,you need to request for room tidying before they come.Lastly, I didn't like the smell from the towels provided.When you are on the first floor,you need to descend downstirs before you can dispose off waste.Black ants and mosquitoes were seen in my room."

"The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. "
