"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring...

"This is a small, comfortable hotel, with limited amenities but beautiful views. The hotel faces a charming children’s park which is so fun but also, children in the summer play late into the evening and it can be quite loud. The rooms were warm with no AC or fans to support an unusually hot summer. "We booked this room because the website stated it would have four twin beds, and we paid extra based on that information. I had the option of booking an Airbnb that was 30–35% cheaper (although it didn't include breakfast), but I chose this hotel because I expected the room to match the advertised setup and amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room only had three actual twin beds. The fourth "bed" was not a twin bed and was very uncomfortable. One person in our group barely slept...

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
