"The room was clean and the staff was good and seemed friendly and capable, but there were some odd things that happened. There was a microwave oven in the room, but it wasn't plugged in. When we contacted the desk they sent maintenance to the room immediately, which was nice, but he found that the plug for the microwave did not fit in the wall receptacle and had to move the microwave to another part of the room to get it to work.
