"A lot of extra fees and you pay for everything at high prices. $25 to park on the lot . Ridiculous. This is not in a city where they have to build parking garage. No coffee available in the morning unless you go down to the coffee shop and pay for it. No coffee pot in the room . I thought for the price breakfast was included. It was not and it was expensive buffet."

"At check in, 5pm, was told my reserved tower suite view room was already given away. They found another suit but it did not have a view of the city. I asked if I would be given a discount, sense I am losing the city view and they said that could not be done. There was no bedding for the couch bed, so had to get that brought to the room. They brought this up within the hour. The seperate kitchenet did not have a microwave or refrigerator. But the main bedroom had a fridge. This was a very busy...
