"The curtains were falling off the rods in the window. The seat wasn’t attached to the toilet bowl. When you sat on it you slid all over the place. The cushions on the sofa bed wouldn’t even lay flat because the bed wouldn’t fold into the sofa. The place just seemed dirty. No juice at breakfast just water comes out. This place is just horrible."
"Pos: The place is older but everything was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff was extremely polite and kind. The breakfast was good and what I expected.
Neg: The pillows were not good and way to soft that they went completely flat when you laid your head down. We had to ask for the no disturb sign for door and call for the WiFi password. It would be helpful if all that was already in the room.
Overall: We would stay there again. Great price for 2 nights. Felt safe."
"After hours of driving and walking, it was so nice to check in with Brian who was so welcoming and friendly. The lobby was neat and clean, and there was a coffee/tea machine available 24/7.
The breakfast room is on the 3F. It has a nice view from the window, and food was great. The sweet staff member manned the breakfast room alone, and she kept everything filled and areas cleaned. She was kind and friendly despite the large crowd of breakfast guests she was managing.
The location is great....
"This hotel was still under renovation to the point we thought it was closed. Our room was perfect no issues, minus the hammer drill waking me up at 8am on a Saturday"
