"From the moment I stepped into the hotel I was greeted and treated amazing. Everything was clean, friendly, the rooftop pool was perfect! Would go back and recommend!"

"It was a cute hotel, older but well maintained. The bed were comfortable. The room was clean overall. The staff was OK, the front desk guy when we checked in was in the back office and we had to wait about 5 min before he realized we were there. He was not engaging at all. The valet attendants was the same way, no one there when we checked in or out. They were both very friendly once they did arrive. The morning guy did apologize as he was the only one working. "

"Although kinda monotonous, the breakfast was fresh and the dining area clean. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and maintenance came right away to fix a problem. "

"The only bad part about our stay was when the concerns about urine stains/smells on the couch came about, all they did was give up blankets to cover it up! Luckily, I brought folding cots for my kids. "

"If you book a balcony do not expect it to be a river view. They have 28 rooms with a true river view the rest are so high up that you see nothing and all you hear are air conditioning units on top of other buildings. I complained and was told river views were not guaranteed. They did try to move me to the river side on the 22nd floor, so high up you cannot see the river and the noise made the balcony unusable."

"Airport shuttle is not offered as it plainly shows on Expedia. Time shares sellers continually catch you every going in or out. Pushy sales tactics. Hotel is beautiful and a great location. Staff was very friendly, other than the time share people, which I don’t consider staff. "

"Our first-time stay at the La Mansion was exceptional. We had a first-level veranda on the Riverwalk, which afforded easy access to the venues thereon. We were in easy walking distance of some upscale restaurants that we availed ourselves. The staff, from the valets to desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating making our stay very enjoyable."

"Very pleasant modern hotel, friendly staff, spacious well appointed rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Excellent central location, right on the wonderful River Walk. (The AC never worked quite right despite a visit from engineering staff.) Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. "
