"The first room had a live scorpion, dead roaches in air vents and dead bugs behind furniture. Next room was not too bad, a few less dead bugs behind furniture and a weird stain on one of the chairs. Wouldn’t stay here again"

"I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in....

"Upon arrival for check in we were informed of a water heater issue and that we could not check in. We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned.
