"We only stayed two of three nights. I told them we wouldn’t be staying the third night and asked them to cancel. They said Expedia had to do it since we booked it with them and they proceeded to tell Expedia two days later they wouldn’t refund the third night because it was too late. Do not trust these owners! We can’t even get a call back from them to discuss. We will be appealing the charges with our credit card. Lots of other reasonable options in Gonzales. Don’t touch this place with a ten...

"The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING."
