"We were there in a very busy weekend, and were surprised at how quiet it was when we were in our room. Breakfast was amazing, and they did a great job feeding all those people. My husband was worried that the food ran off, but they resupplied the bins quickly. It was a good place to stay and close to restaurants. We really enjoyed the kitchen social."

"I honestly wasn’t all that impressed. It was the last stay on my 7 Day Rd. trip, and not only was it the most expensive hotel, it was actually the least accommodating. We had to pay $50 to park, there was no free Wi-Fi, and it just wasn’t all that great. I stayed in other hotels for half the price that were just as clean, had free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free parking, more comfortable beds, and were just overall a more pleasant stay. I expected a lot more from this place."

"Good breakfast options, and gluten free selections available upon request. Room worked out well for family of 4. We had a small dog (20lbs) and the pet fee of $100 for the duration of our stay was acceptable. Parking had a 3rd party security patrol as an extra layer of protection. I did need to extend my stay by one day. I was required to pay the standard rate for a Friday stay, which was significantly higher than the Hotels.com rate for the previous 3 nights. Felt like a bit of a punishment - but circumstances left me few options. While there were many things to like about this hotel, the maximum charge levied for the extra night would prevent me from selecting this property in the future....even though I am a Hyatt Club member."

"I couldn't believe it had a lovely complete kitchenette! Wow!"

"We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom sink. We asked for towels, bed made, and trash removed daily. They did not come to our room in 3 days or 3 night stay. We had to empty the trash and go downstairs to get towels. There was a spot/stain on the floor which looked like a dog had urinated. Our last night the air conditioner did not work, so it was hot and stuffy all night long. The traffic, fire trucks, and ambulances were heard all night long. The manager said he would refund us one night but that did not happen either. Take heed and don’t stay there. We will not stay there again."

"A few concerns that I had during my stay: - When we arrived the snack package that we ordered was not in our room. When brought, it was missing many of the items that were supposed to come in it. - The first night, our bartender was not very friendly and spent a lot of time talking to one guest. They seemed bothered when they had to stop talking to that guest to help someone else. - The first morning, an alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning and again at 6:30. We did not set the alarm and that woke us up. There was also an alarm going off in the room next to us for a long time until we called the front desk. I set the alarm to not go off the next morning, and it still went off at early times that we did not set."
