"This hotel is always amazing!! It is our hotel to stay when we head to Florida. "

"The hotel was clean and very near Disney Springs so it was very convenient to go there. The staff was okay except when I inquired ( in the concierge in the lobby the day before and the front desk where I checked out) where to wait for the shuttle to pick us up for the airport, I was told to wait in the lobby and missed the shuttle when it was waiting in the ground floor. I have to get a taxi and had additional payment so that I could not miss my flight."
