"I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Your hotel charged my credit card twice for the same stay, and for the past five days I have been spending my time contacting both the hotel and my bank because of a mistake made by your hotel.
This issue should have been resolved immediately, yet I am still waiting for my refund. It is unacceptable that I have had to deal with this for days, especially when the double charge was not my fault.

"Family friendly environment. The rooms were well decorated and my 2 year old loved it.
Breakfast was good. You have to wait to be seated and you get served a platter, upon request, you can receive more food. You are also able to place to go order.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning soon."

"Room was clean, and breakfast was great. I stayed for 5 days at a great rate. I plan on staying there again soon (stay-cation). Oh, forgot to mention: pool was great. They even played soccer game on a large screen."
