"There is a female receptionist who usually comes in the evening is one of the worse staff I have ever come across.Rude and unprofessional , probably the hotel should think again before she entertains and receives people at the reception The lifts are in terrible condition and the shower have no water pressure at all"

"I loved everything about this hotel! There are restaurants close by, the staff is amazing, the hotel is clean and updated. The only thing that can be better is the breakfast. They only had pork options as far as meat."

"I enjoyed the stay. Not as many amenities as i would’ve liked but i loved that the priority is directly across the street from universal. It would’ve been better if they had later times for the shuttle so i could’ve actually used it instead of stopping at 11:30."
