"I was a Japanese guest who stayed for about a week during the rainy season.
Unfortunately, for the first three days of my stay, I was unable to leave my room due to gout. Initially, those three days were very difficult, requiring me to use Grab to arrange meals and medication. However, thanks to this hotel, I was able to spend my time very comfortably.
